What is voter registration?

Voter registration is a process of making yourself eligible to vote by submitting your details Identity Document (ID) and proof of residence to the election commission who will in turn verify and enter your name in a voter’s roll. Zimbabweans who are 18 years and above can vote once they register as voters.

Why do I need to register as a voter?
